Animal Control Issue By Matt Rexroad on Tuesday, July 15, 2008 @ 2:21 PM :: 0 Comments :: Blog   The Daily Democrat has an article today about the animal control contract between the City of Woodland and the County of Yolo. The City is considering taking this role on for themselves. That is their choice.  We can't make them contract with us. I am told that the Yolo SPCA does not like the city plan and is contacting the members of the City Council.  They are now sending e-mails to me. Tonight I will be in Zamora but I will be interested in what comes out of the meeting.
